A dynamic sisterhood of three powerhouses, the Talitha Cumi founders are here to make a difference. Drawing on their diverse backgrounds and faith, these women inspire, empower and foster community with those they come in contact with. They lead by example--armed with kindness, boundless energy, a deep love for humanity, and a steadfast devotion to Christ, they have touched countless lives and inspired many.

  • BRITTNEY "BRITT"

    FOUNDER

    TC Co-Founder Brittney Thomas is a vibrant young woman with a passion for serving and making others feel seen, heard, and loved. Serving has been ingrained in Brittney’s core since adolescence, when she experienced community service through her childhood church's Outreach Ministry. As a service member, serving her community and the nation is not only what she does, but a major part of who she is. Known for infectious hugs, Britt’s passion and love for people, specifically young women, stems from her own self-development and healing.

    FOUNDER

    TC Co-Founder Dr. Darlene “Dee” Davis, affectionately known as “Momma Dee”, is mother to Brittney and Nikeya, as well as a world-class advisor to a community of people who also call her ”mom”. Her desire and ability to help others excel beyond their personal goals, into their God-designed destinies began with a personal message from God to, “Teach the children to know me.” With more than 30 years of education and mentorship experience, Dr. Dee has made it her life’s mission to empower and instruct those under her tutelage to know God and make Him known. Her influence spans generations—her impact through community service started within her parent's ministry and trickled down to her own children whom she proudly continues to serve beside.

  • NIKEYA "NIKKI"

    FOUNDER

    TC Co-Founder, Nikeya “Nikki” Thomas is the youngest boss of the trio, with a passion for community that extends into her expertise in the food and service industries. Similar to her co-founders, Nikki was introduced to community service as a child through her family’s outreach ministry. She spends her time pouring love into others by way of her catering business and advocacy for state programs that make room for entrepreneurship in food services. Nikki is known for her contagious joy and steadfast affection.
